Kinney Heights, Los Angeles
Kinney Heights is a subdistrict of the West Adams district of South Los Angeles, California.
Developed in the early 1900s by Abbott Kinney, the area is now part of the West Adams Terrace HPOZ. Similar to the rest of West Adams, the area has a great deal of historic architecture and has an ethnically diverse population.
In recent decades, the area has undergone a renaissance as many of the Craftsman and Victoria homes have been renovated.
